Paula Spears has been selected as RMC's Team Member of the 4th Quarter. Paula Spears has been chosen as Team Member of the 4th Quarter. She’s the Department Head Secretary at our Rehabilitation Center & has been an employee of Riverside Medical Center for 19 years.
Paula is extremely efficient and able to perform multiple job responsibilities while maintaining a pleasant and engaging demeanor. She is the first person a patient encounters in Rehab and her efforts to assist patients with registration and scheduling provide a pleasant introduction to the department. Paula participates in departmental marketing activities and hospital activities on a regular basis.
Paula has an excellent relationship with her co-workers and has received several thank-you notes from patients.
We’re happy to have Paula as a Riverside employee.
