Staying Connected:
While we know that a no visitor policy is difficult for family it is important for Your Health. Riverside understands the importance of staying connected and encourages patients to do so. Here are some tips on how to stay connected to your loved one during a hospital stay:
· Write down the name and phone number for your loved one’s hospital room and nurse’s station
· Write down questions for your loved one’s care team so you can ask them all at once.
· Set-up Proxy Care through Patient Portal to stay up to date on the latest test results and messages.
*Your love one will need to authorize your access to their Patient Portal through Riverside Registration Department
