CNO Secretary

DEPARTMENT: Nursing

STATUS: Full Time

REPORTS TO: Chief Nursing Officer

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for providing clerical support to the Department in the functional areas of nursing staff scheduling, maintaining monthly statistical data, coordinating committee meeting schedules and documenting and maintaining minutes, assist in interdepartmental communications and other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Applicant must be competent in Outlook, Excel, Word, with ability to learn new programs as needed.

Minimum of 2 years experience preferred.

Must be emotionally mature and able to function effectively under stress and have excellent customer relations skills.
