RESPONSIBILITIES
Assists in the delivery of primary health care and patient care management. Assists in the performance of and duties delegated in relation to the appropriate degree of training. Provide clerical support, including registering patients, scheduling appointments and collecting co-payments and insurance information to the clinic. Works with staff to insure efficient operation of the clinic.

Maintains accurate and thorough medical record documentation, scanning, and strict confidentiality.

Obtain medical records prior to appointment. Review records to assist in meeting clinic quality metrics.

Any other duties as assigned by clinic supervision or director.

QUALIFICATIONS
High School graduate or equivalent with certification from the American Association of Medical Assistants with 2 years' experience is preferred.

Must be able to follow directions and to perform work according to department standards when no directions are given.
