Job Title: Patient Representative

STATUS: Full Time

REPORT TO: Business Office Director

RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Patient Representative is responsible for processing all billing statements, collecting payments, and resolving discrepancies related to patient accounts. This role-plays a key part in ensuring accurate financial communication and maintaining positive relationships with patients.

QUALIFICAITONS:
Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Preferred experience in hospital medical billing with knowledge of medical terminology preferred. Strong communication skills. Ability to follow directions and work according to department standards. Must be emotionally mature and able to function effectively under stress.
