RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for providing high quality primary medical care in a supportive, outpatient clinic environment, focusing on continuity of care and community health.

QUALIFICATIONS
Must have a current MD or DO, board-certified or board eligible. Must be eligible for Louisiana Medical license and possess a strong commitment to patient-centered care.
