Position Summary
The Primary Care Physician provides high-quality medical care in a supportive outpatient setting, focusing on preventive care, disease management, and continuity of care. This role is dedicated to improving the health and well-being of patients while building strong relationships with individuals and families throughout the community.

Qualifications
• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree required.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in an appropriate specialty.
• Eligible for Louisiana medical licensure.
• Strong commitment to patient-centered, compassionate care.
• Excellent clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
• Commitment to quality improvement and community health.
