Position Summary
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides quality nursing care and patient support in the Family Care Clinic. This role is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care while working closely with providers and clinic staff to ensure a positive patient experience and efficient clinic operations.

Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Current Louisiana Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license required.
• Strong clinical nursing and communication skills.
• Minimum of two years of healthcare or hospital experience preferred.
• Ability to follow department policies, procedures, and standards with minimal supervision.
• Strong organizational, time management, and patient service skills.
• Emotional maturity and the ability to function effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care during assigned shifts.
• Provide nursing care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
• Assist providers in delivering safe, effective, and compassionate patient care.
• Manage clinic supplies and equipment under the direction of clinic leadership.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
• Follow accepted patient and workplace safety practices.
• Report safety concerns and take appropriate action when needed.
• Participate in required safety and educational programs.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
