Biography:

Dr. Nicholson is a graduate of Mt. Sinai School of Medicine in New York. She completed her General Surgery residency at the North Shore LIJ Health Systems in New York and a Colorectal Surgery residency in Los Angeles County and University of Southern California. She recently received her Master of Jurisprudence in Health Law from Loyola University Chicago School of Law.

She is a member of the American Society of Colon and Rectal Surgeons and a Fellow with the American College of Surgeons.

Her interests include:

* Laparoscopy
* Endoscopy/Colonoscopy
* Benign and malignant disorders of the colon, rectum and anus
* Complex ventral hernia repairs
* Minimal invasive techniques after laparotomy
